Rolling Access
Rolling Access funding is designed to be an easy-access, short term use of supports for an individual and/or their family. The funding can be used for things such as, but not limited to, camp, adaptive equipment, day care, medical co-pays, eyeglasses, therapies, etc. It may also be used in emergency situations including eviction notices and utility shut-off notices. The maximum allotment individuals are eligible to apply for per fiscal year (July 1st-June 30th) is $3,000, although there is no guarantee that funding will be available. To apply, you must complete a Rolling Access application, be DDA eligible and include documentation of disability (I.E.P. from school, doctor’s evaluation).
